How does delivery work?+
We bake locally and use a courier to deliver same-week. You give us the address, recipient name and phone — we handle the rest, including delivery proof.
Where do you deliver?+
Across Slovenia by default. For other EU countries, get in touch and we'll arrange it as part of a Campaign.
How long does it take from order to delivery?+
Single Signature or Lite cakes ship within 3–5 working days. Hero cakes and full Campaigns need 7–10 working days for design and production.
Can I really put my logo and message on the cake?+
Yes. Branded topper with your logo, an on-cake message with your QR code, a printed card with your message (with Signature Cake) — all on-brand.
How does the QR code work?+
Each cake gets its own QR code that goes straight to your booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, Hubspot — anything you already use).
What if my prospect doesn't scan?+
On Campaigns we back it with our engagement guarantee: under 20% scan rate in 30 days and we resend up to 3 cakes to new contacts — on us.
Is it really legal to send cakes to companies as outreach?+
Yes. Sending a branded gift to a business address is standard B2B practice. We never share recipient data and you stay GDPR-compliant.
How do I pay?+
Single cakes in Lite & Signature tier are paid by card on order. Hero Cake and Campaigns are invoiced.
